Nandu, was also the co-founder of Balanced.Social, a platform to help consumers overcome their blind spots and provide balanced news and opinions.

As a co-founder of a charity and as the Group Customer Engagement Director for a leading global bank, Nandu designed and delivered award winning experiential and immersive leadership and inclusion programmes.

Award winning experiential learning campaign designed and delivered by Nandu Govindankutty in 2013 which kick started a movement on Inclusion, not just for banks but across several industries.
